Stable & Yard In Paddock

This is one of the most practical aspects of our property and we feel it may be one of the most popular boarding options, not only because of the cost efficiencies but more so the environment. Kyamba Lodge plans to locate this boarding option in a very quiet area of the property where owners will have easy access to the stables but away from major activities.

We envisage that in this area we will be able to again provide two options to our customers, the first  option being one 4x4m stable and a 6x6m day yard inside a nice size pastured paddock – perfect for one horse whom likes to be kept nice and clean for an outing. However need not have the luxury of lights or a stable complex. The easy care nature of this set up enables the cost to be lower than that of a stable complex therefore the saving will be yours. When the pastures are at their best the option to leave the yard gates open so your horse can graze freely, saving you money on hay and feed.

Instead of one stable and yard in the paddock, with the second option there will be two stables and yards and the paddock much larger – again perfect for horses in light work, semi-retired and not needing the bells and whistles of a stable or for owners with multiple horses.

As with all boarding options at Kyamba Lodge the weekly, cost for this service is inclusive of all care such as yard and water cleaning, rugging, feeding and turning in and out of the paddock. However it does not include the feed or facility use.
