One of the key drivers when building this facility for our customers is to ensure that we have the widest range of packages available to clients to enable us to offer options for a vast variety of people and horses. We firmly believe that the inclusion and interaction of people from different socioeconomic backgrounds will have a positive impact on the culture we are trying to create.

The developed property will consist of not only affordable options for everyone but will offer the best possible environment and atmosphere for every horses. For example horses that are high performing and worked regularly will feel comfortable in a stabled box at night and will not mind to be alone in a paddock daily, as they are already stimulated enough by their workload to want to relax into this type of routine. On the other hand a more lightly worked horse would prefer larger open spaces and the company of another horse in to ensure they have enough stimulation to remain relaxed without the hustle and bustle of a very active stable.
