You will have noticed that all boarding options at Kyamba Lodge state that the weekly costs do not include facility hire. The reason for this is that we understand not all horses and owners will want or need to use facilities such as the Arena’s, Track, Walker or Round Yards.
“Membership Options” have been created in order for customers to be able to choose the right package for them – once again here at Kyamba Lodge you are only paying for what you need…no more and no less!
Read through each of the options below and decide which is right for you – every Membership Level contains some great value added services, incentive programs and benefits that you can take advantage of such as Social Club Functions, Closed Training Days, Monthly Promotions and much more.
Memberships are also available to the general public and for clients who may not have a horse at Kyamba Lodge and we encourage these riders to join in and be part of our inclusive group. There are two payment options available, there is a yearly option (nonrefundable) that allows most flexibility as the purchased hours can be used at any time over the whole membership year. The alternative is a monthly option, which can be terminated at any time however every month the unutilized hours are not rolled to the next. I
It is a pre-requisite for all members to attend a site induction where a comprehensive tour of the facility, site rules and codes of conduct can be clearly explained and demonstrated to ensure that you are comfortable and any questions you may have can be answered and explained accordingly. We operate with a wonderful software program called “At The Yars” where all facility and horse hire bookings can be made easily online in seconds. There are some small parameters around the facility booking of the Indoor Arena and Exercise Track to ensure we allow plenty of time for maintenance however to date this has had very little impact on our users.
